Hybrid Service Manager (Internal Only)
Candidates matching the criteria below will be invited to SM department to have a 2 months of training program. Successful ones will be registered in SM pool, and they will go back to tables. When there is an official opening, they will be provided with an offer for SM position.
About You
Application Criteria
- You should be an Experienced GP / Junior GSH or above
- You should have full game knowledge
- No DR last 6 months prior to the application
- Not more than 2 explanatories last 6 months prior to the application
- Not more than 3 lates (less than 25 min.) last 6 months prior to the application
- TTS evaluation point >97 (average of last 6 months)
- Maximum 4 days of medical leave last 3 months prior to the application
- Advanced level English
- Computer Skills (MS Office / Google Drive / familiarity with back-office type of databases)
- Integrity, Kindness, Fairness
- Team player
- Ability for high level communication
About the Role
- Shift Administration: Assigns Dealers and Shufflers to the tables/positions and make sure that all the positions are always covered
- Irregularities: Resolving mistakes performed by dealers and/or shufflers and informing customers properly. Registering / reporting incidents accurately
- Local Support: Monitoring gaming operations / tables constantly to make sure that the production always reaches customers without a glitch. Perform troubleshooting to handle any incidents and if it is not enough, escalate the issue to the relevant department. Acting immediately upon customer requests. Registering / reporting incidents accurately
- Evaluations: Evaluating employees based on evaluation rules and templates
