About the Job

• Directly responsible for distributing uniforms to all company employees and for signing the handover documents with them
• Directly responsible for preparing and maintaining the inventory of uniforms, as well as placing orders to maintain stock levels
• Directly responsible for issuing extra uniforms, preparing, and coordinating uniform cleaning orders
• Directly responsible for keeping the material goods or other items in their custody

About You

• Previous experience in uniform management, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting - nice to have
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed to manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in computer applications and inventory management systems for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Mature individual, well balanced, proactive, and trustworthy
• Good analysis and synthesis skills, problem-solving capacity
• Time management, being able to meet deadlines
• High responsiveness to professional demands; efficiency (being able to mobilize to complete tasks as quickly as possible)
