Ezugi is a live dealer casino and retail platform with multiple subsidiaries in 5 countries, providing real-time services for online gambling operators. The company has been constantly growing for the last 5 years. We have a large Romanian casino team and we hope to add much more in 2024.

About the project

The company is located in Pipera, Bucharest and it is in major scale-up as we speak – both as capacity and aspect. We are looking for a very talented, creative and proactive person to help us design studios to host our casinos games like Roulette, Blackjack, Game Shows etc. We are currently having over 100 tables located in 12 studios around the world. You are to work with our design team to provide to our clients with the best visual and cultural experience.

Previous relevant experience in designing commercial/residential properties, TV studios, hotels, shops, or restaurants is a must. Any casino experience is an advantage.

This is one of the most important roles in the company, as this role will create half of what the players see. “

Responsibilities:

As our Studio Interior Designer, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our Live Dealer game portfolio as well as the additional services we provide to our clients. Your responsibilities will include live studio/set interior design requirement analysis, design development from concept stage till technical specification preparation for build phase and design project supervision, high-end 3D modelling and rendering, finishing material and innovation research, up-to-date interior design solutions, cooperation with creative team, technical team, project managers and clients.

• We are looking for a highly creative, imaginative and artistic designer with the willingness to create excellent quality 3D models and renders.
• Execute all design stages from concept to final product

• Outline client design objectives.

• Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

• Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

• Source materials and products included in plans.

• Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.

• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Qualifications

• Higher education - Bachelor's degree of Arts and/or Interior design
  Extended experience in freelance projects
• Previous experience in designing casinos OR luxury apartments, hotel lobbies, bars, restaurants, shops
• Knowledge of software - 3dsmax, AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corona Render
• Experience in Illustration, Animation, or related field will be considered as an advantage
• Adobe - After effects, Premiere will be considered as an advantage
• Advanced English, both written and verbal
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a great team-player attitude
• Basic project management skills
• Basic understanding of people management or work experience in large,
  international company

• Min 3 years of professional experience.

• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent organization/planning skills – you will be coordinating many people involved in executing the projects you design

• Ability to lead and manage multiple design projects.

• Ability to provide actionable feedback.
• Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others.

• In-depth knowledge of studio-built process and technical aspects.
• Ability to develop studio design specification.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to supervise and train assigned designers.

• Creative thinking, problem-solving, passion and attention to details.
• Good understanding of online gaming.
