Studio Tech - Procurement Specialist
Ezugi is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join a global Technical Operations department that builds, supports and responsible technically for Ezugi live casino studios. Ability and capacity to learn and work with your hands is mandatory. Prior experience is not mandatory but preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Part of an on-call team involved in emergency troubleshooting and solving
- Video, sound, lighting, and technical equipment, installation set up and support, as part of the Studio tech crew
- Account/maintain Studio equipment using a ticket system (e.g. JIRA) throughout the equipment lifecycle: sourcing, purchasing, receiving, deployment, repair, redeployment, and retirement
- Handle day-to-day tasks of the purchasing - following up with vendors, updating tickets, ensuring that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory
- Follow up on outstanding orders with suppliers
- Work within a given budget to purchase goods and services for an organization
- Company cost savings from the EQ for the Studio build and Operation
- Control vendors payment
- Innovation products research for the Studio build and Operation side
- Establishing the process for testing new equipment in the studio + negotiations with suppliers for the unit’s test.
- Establishing Operational studio/s logistic process of delivery
- Contact suppliers regarding credits for damaged products or items missing from deliveries
- Manage local and partners studio inventory, eg enter data concerning inventory
- Properly assign equipment for the studios (Head studio + partners studios)
Qualifications:
• IT experience – not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving skills required
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Preferably previous experience in procurement field of Audio / Video / Lights / IT equipment
• Language skills: English
• Understanding of modern purchasing processes and systems
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Solid negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High sense of responsibility and integrity, and ability to work without constant supervision
It would also be advantageous if you had any of the following experience:
• Experience and knowledge of video streams and encoders
• Experience and knowledge of Sound engineering
• Industry experience - either in sports betting or iGaming/online casinos
• Working with technical equipment and knowledge of electrical engineering
• Working with international teams
