About You:
- Advanced English skills
- Minimum one year experience as Pit Boss (online or land-based casino)
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of casino games and procedures
- Management skills
- The ability to work flexible hours/shifts as the business activity is 24/7
- Technically proficient in computer programs
About the Job
- Part of Team Manager/PSS team, main duties asked are for PSS role
- Schedule for own team(s) to be handled
- In charge of always ensuring operational excellence
- Ensure full consideration to the employees' needs, our company's goals, and business needs, and to find a balance between both
- Checking in advance the number of croupiers/shufflers/TV presenters on shift to ensure optimal conditions for the activity and an adequate rotation at the tables
- Managing requests from team members for shift changes
- Manages rest leave requests and proposes their approval after proper verification of the impact on the optimal performance of the activity; proposes to team members alternative intervals for taking rest leave
- Supervises and manages the rotation at the tables
- Designates team members (croupiers, shufflers, TV presenters) for training/training sessions and/or evaluation/review of activity performance
- Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment for subordinates
- Many of these tasks are performed ad hoc and are often unpredictable. It is vital that a person in this position uses good judgment to make the right decision for the operation while always showing the highest level of character
