• In Ezugi for about minimum 1 year

• Exceptional level of English (certification is a plus)

• Online/live casino experience (full game knowledge)

• Excellent presentation skills

• Excellent public speaker and communication skills

• Charisma and very calm/ patient personality

• Exceptional quality standard, responsibility (clean disciplinary record)

• Positive attitude, Flexible, can-do attitude

• Active listening skills and feedback skills

• Good interpersonal, teaching skill skills
  + training certification is a plus
  + The Hybrid Trainer Program completed or hybrid trainer duties min 6 months is a plus
  

About the Job

• Design the training curriculum for the new projects covering areas such as: public speaking, presentation, customer engagement and diction
  

• Collaborates with Academy Team Leader to establish training needs and plan accordingly
  

• Manage all prospect in training and follow up on their development, rule observing and applying
  

• Train new employees for each role and follow-up on their progress
  

• Grow hosting and presentational skills to all employees
  

• Develop customer service skills and the ability to engage the customers
  

• Train all employees' to learn new games and rules till full game knowledge
  

• Re-training for active dealers/shuffler/game show host
  

• Supervise trainees on all theoretical and practical test; coordinate final exam and new game auditions
  

• Creating and updating training material, theoretical test and presentations
  

• Perform all administrative task as per job description (uniform, lockers, transportation, cards , cleaning, TTS profile/team, Nevos attendance and payroll adjustments, etc.)
  

• Effective communication with all departments via email, Slack, internal phone etc.
